1. Use the key we provide for your unit.
2. Locking the unit with a padlock of your choice for additional security.

We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, Bizum, PayPal, and cash. You can also set up automatic payments for your convenience.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month. To avoid penalties, please ensure payments are made on time. Late payments will incur the following penalties:
- €5 late fee after the 15th of the month.
- €20 late fee and a double lock placed on the unit after 30 days.
- If payment is not received after 60 days, we will initiate eviction procedures. This includes removing your belongings, selling items to recover costs, and donating unsold items to charity.
We strongly advise timely payments to avoid additional fees, restricted access, and the risk of losing your belongings.

You can store almost anything, including household items, furniture, business inventory, and documents. However, items must comply with local laws and facility rules. For a detailed list of prohibited items, contact our office or request a copy of the full policy.

No. Our storage units are intended solely for storage purposes and cannot be utilized for work or residence.

- Personalized Access Codes: Only authorized customers can access the premises using secure, individualized access codes.

Individual Unit Security: Each unit is secured with your own personal lock, giving you complete control over access.
If you lose the key we’ve provided for your unit, a replacement key can be purchased for €20.
- We are not responsible for individual locks on your unit. However, upon your request, we can use a bolt cutter to remove the current lock, and you can replace it with a new lock of your choice. I
If you forget your access code to the building, please contact our office immediately. After verifying your identity with a valid photo ID, we will provide you with a replacement code.
If you have any problems, please contact our office by phone or email. We’ll address them as soon as possible.
After completing your sign-up, you can move in during access hours. We provide carts and trolleys to assist with your belongings, but please ensure they are returned to their designated storage location after use for the convenience of other customers.
Yes, units must be emptied and cleaned before moving out to avoid a €25 cleaning fee.
We require 14 days’ notice before you vacate your unit.
Insurance is optional. Your rental agreement includes €500 in insurance coverage, with a €150 deductible. Additional coverage is available up to €3,500.
If you store items valued above €3,500, we strongly recommend obtaining additional insurance coverage from a third-party provider.
